I've known Matt for over 10 years and he is and always has been a genuinely good guy. There's not a lot of people I can say that about but he is the exception. I would not hesitate to do business with him in the future!

I received 2 postcards in the mail today stating, "I'm looking to buy your properties." I called and asked what Matt's last name was and wasn't given an answer. I asked why they wanted to purchase my property and got no answer. I asked what was their intention with my properties and she said that was none of my business. Liz tried to turn the tables and ask me what I thought my properties were worth and what is wrong with my properties. Unprofessional all around; phone kept breaking up and I could hear a child or baby crying in the background. I reminded Liz they contacted me. Folks there are better ways to sell your properties to maximize your returns and not their returns. They are not doing you a favor. I'd suggest you seek out all options and don't answer questions that are invasive when they want your property. Wait until they make an offer not the other way around.

Working with Matt was a great expierence. He did what he said he was going to do and closed in just a week. Highly recommend him and his company. Thanks Matt!!

Matt is wonderful to work with....I was selling my fathers home, there were a couple of bumps along the way.. Matt was right there to help get me in the right direction to solve all issues...I would recommend Matt, he's honest ,fair, and over all great person to work with :)
