Matt Buys Indiana Houses

Saw the agent on friday, was told Matt had an offer. That same night got a call about my post card, asked the lady about the offer, and was told Matt would get a hold of us. A week and a day later have heard nothing. A strange way to conduct business. Feel better, finally got call about offer. Did not agree, but felt better hearing from Matt.

I would like to thank Matt, Lizzy, Alison, Stephanie, and whoever i missed for a great experience!! Always kept me informed ,fast and quick . Would highly recommend them!!

The process of supporting my Aunt in selling her home went smoothly. Matt was low-key, genuine, and available to answer questions. He was persistent without being overbearing, as we were cautious about his business and how the procedure was to proceed. My Aunt was very pleased and satisfied to receive her check so quickly and as it had been explained.

Matt is a great businessman, and family man. You may not like the post cards, but for some people that do not know where to start in selling their house it is a great starting point for them. He has always been kind and courteous to all his clients. He goes above and beyond in helping families through the process that can be very stressful to most people.

I've known Matt for over 10 years and he is and always has been a genuinely good guy. There's not a lot of people I can say that about but he is the exception. I would not hesitate to do business with him in the future!
