They are the best!

Horrible service. I had my rv with them to diagnose an issue and had a power cord and adapter go missing and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The least they can do is reimburse me for what went missing because they obviously have employees that lie. I even offered to watch their security cameras they obviously have so I can see proof no one took anything and he wouldn’t do that. Will not do business with them again. If my rv is at your shop and something goes missing after the compartment was locked in the first place then they should cover what went missing. Also they don’t have a fence around their lot so the guy says anybody could just waltz in here and take something. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. If you want stuff stolen from your rv then bring it to mastercraft!

Closest RV center to clarksville since the one off exit #4 on I-24 closed down years ago.

Was there for about 10 mins sparse on parts but staff was friendly. Lots of travel trailers on the lot ready to sale.

Worked here as a repair technician, started about 6 months prior to this comment. We received nothing but 5 star reviews after I was hired because I bent over backwards to repair customers RV's to the best of my ability.
Once I wouldn't participate in the unethical business practices, I was shown the door. Not only was I shown the door, I was robbed of my last paycheck at the same time.
Stay away from here!

Definitely worth the trip...the friendly and helpful staff will make the time go fast...

Brought my trailer there twice. They did above and beyond on the repair job. Workmanship is immaculate and the staff is super friendly.
As long as I am near my homebase, this is the only shop I will use.
