I had bought a brand new 2022 camper and when we got it to where we were taking it and got everything hooked up we found out that the shower was leaking because of the awful caulk job. Under the sink is leaking. Along with a couple light covers missing. When we called the owner and spoke with him to let him know what was going on with our brand new camper less than 1 week after purchasing it he told us it was not covered under warranty but if we wanted to bring it to them we could and they could look at it. We told him they were only 20 minutes from us, is there someone that could come to us. They told us no they can’t send anyone. We don’t have a truck to pull it so pretty much we have to deal with it and fix it ourselves. I do not recommend buying from master crafts because once they make their sale they couldn’t care less about helping you with any issues.

We recently bought a new 2022 trailer from here within week the refrigerator went out and now we have to wait weeks to get it replaced so we are about to make payment on trailer we got to camp in once . I find that crazy check everything in your trailer test before you buy it . Also if you buy here check everything I mean everything before .Our outside awning came out of place to we literally opened it once . Very disappointed and no one had answers of how long it will take to get our newly bought trailer fixed(literally had it a week) .(we did test everything but didn’t think that things would break with in a week .just disappointed bought it thinking our camping journeys would begin just thought our first time experience would of been better then this.
