John web and this rv place are trash. We bought a new trailer from them and the awning broke few days after and they are telling us they can’t fix it don’t come here don’t waste your time. We bought a quote on quote brand new 2022 trailer the fridge and awning broke few days after. I was mad they wanted us to pay $ for a part they broke. And now they don’t want to fix our awning after the approval and it being covered by warranty. You can buy here at your own risk very unprofessional. So we have a 2022 with broken awning.. if you buy here check the trailer inside out for every detail because after you purchase it’s not there problem . I will be contacting someone in regards to this.and I see after every comment they reply being messy so I will be ready to screenshot that as well. So much money we paid for this trailer very disappointed at this outcome.

Worked there for 2 weeks as a " mechanic". First off there is no standard for repairs it's just wing it to your best ability. All the repairs are done by unexperienced workers because there is no training for the employees. They go through lots of employees very fast because of this. They will terminate employees faster than fixing campers.

Staff isn’t knowledgeable. Didn’t even know the price of an oil change. They don’t even work on rvs that are older than 10 years old.

Went in to have a second A/C installed on our 50A rig and I gotta say, we weren't disappointed. Everything works as advertised. Thanks Mastercraft!!
