Mastercraft's RV Center

Purchased a toy hauler here on 2/14/19. Had endless issues, been told many lies by Bart, and anyone you talk to via the phone. Purchased a warranty that does nothing for us. Just picked up our toy hauler only to get a bill of 200.00, as a diagnosis!! It is less than 6 months old, we spent $30,000 with you and you can't stand behind your product!!! These people are the biggest crooks in the market. I personally have done most of the warranty work on this camper myself. Was told when we bought it, we could take it anywhere to be repaired. Quickly found out that isnt the case. The way this place conducts business is very very poor. They do not care about their customers nor do they care about return customers. Then just now Bart being the poor business owner he is couldnt face me and had the cops escort me and my camper off the lot. Not to mention the beds are worse now than they were....

We bought a camper in February have had nothing but issues, they not only wont back our warranty they completely messed our beds up instead of fixing them!!!!! Brand new camper and they SCREWED us!!! worst customer service ever!!
