Drove in, bought a toy hauler and drove out. Salesman were nice. I tried to get them to throw in the red golf cart but no luck. Only thing that was off putting was I was going to use in house financing but then sought elsewhere and the owner didnt seem to be happy about that. It all worked out though and we love our camper. We took it back for warranty work last month and it took about 3 weeks but everything was fixed properly. I would recommend Mastercraft to anyone.

I was impressed with the knowledge and experience in the service department. Their RV stock is unique as well. Salesmen listened to needs and wants and were not pushy.

I dont want anyone to have to go thru this in buying a camper. We bought a new toy hauler on 2/14/19. We've had nothing but issues with it. Dropped it off for warranty work only to pick it up to a 208.01 bill. Not to mention they broke our couches and pieces were missing. Then the owner Bart called the cops on me. Basically told me they refuse to fix it. Worst experience ever but hopefully Bart sleeps well ripping people off.

HEY BART, way to delete your facebook page. Then have it join only. That way only people who are happy with you post. That says it all today. Your employees are worthless and know nothing about RVs.

Has a great RV parts selection and if they don't have it in the store they go out of their way for you to get it.
