These people are the nicest people and the entire world! I was traveling through Tennessee on my way back to Colorado and had a major issue with my RV and they went out of the way to fix it and be hospitable. I would travel from Colorado to Tennessee to have them work on my RV again. If you're ever in this area go see them they will take amazing care of you. Thank you again to all of you!

Absolute awful experience from the beginning to the end! Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. We brought our R.V in because of water damage. We were given a quote and after a month of them having our R.V (waiting for parts) they significantly went up in there estimate and we learned they had done absolutely nothing to dry out the unit for the whole month they had it and had even left it outside. Which is obviously going to cause more damage. Then we asked them to deliver the unit and set it up and paid the additional money for them to do so. They ended up delivering it the day after a pretty significant rain and proceeded to tell us that they could not put it in the spot we needed it to go and wouldn’t unless we paid for a tow truck to pull them out when they got stuck. Needless to say within an hour of them leaving my husband was able to back it into the designated spot...

Excellent dealership to buy a new or used travel trailer. Very good selection. This dealer will treat you right. Prices on his campers are amazing. Wherever you may be traveling from, it will be worth the drive to same $$ on a camper. Very good and honest people that know their products. I highly recommend this dealership.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with any "buisness" we were working a Deal with Bart for a week to purchase a camper! We did credit apps and kept in constant contact. Once he said he was "finishing" up paperwork. Then he said we needed a co signer. We had a family member with excellent credit cosign. So they dinged our credit and theirs. Then he tells us they were selling to someone else. Didnt ask for a deposit or we would have done that. Just sold out from underneath us. The communication from him was very poor throughout. If we wanted to know anything we had to call and ask. I would recommend staying away from this place. Very dirty business practices!! We were approved same day at American Rv in Evansville! Bought a newer much nicer camper for same price! And it's now sitting in my driveway.

Very helpful and friendly. We were traveling from Northern Michigan to Mississippi and had furnace issues. They took the RV in right away and were professional and informative.

Mastercraft RV replied to my request on-line in just minutes and had the part needed for us to do a repair on our RV Thetford toilet. Easy, quick access off I24 by Fort Campbell KY, fast friendly service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them to fellow RV travelers.

Owner was really nice and everyone else who works there were professional. It's nice to have someone who will work with your schedule to accommodate you.

Nice selection and pricing, poor staff and sales reps. I would suggest you find your own financing.
