I felt like things were slightly disorganized each time I went in. No one ever called me when I reached out to them. I had to call back to be able to get any information. The owner appeared to be doing all the work and the sales person was clueless as to what was going on. I asked them to run my application through one bank and they took it upon themselves to run it through several hurting my credit score. Was not impressed at all and would not recommend. Ended up buying a used RV from an individual waiting on an answer from them.
