Mastercraft's RV Center

Purchasing a new trailer from Mastercraft was the worst decision of my life. Their service shop is nothing more than a joke. Buy something anywhere other than from Mastercraft RV.

The service department listens to the customer, keeps the customer informed and strives to make the customer happy. Will definitely keep going to Mastercraft's RV Center for my service needs.

Brought rv in on a wednesday to have part needed ID, tech id parts took pictures and measurement. Came back on the following Tuesday to see the status of the parts ask the parts guy with the beard he said he had not ordered any parts because the tech was sick for 2 days. Ask I assume was the shop manager what was going on he said he would call me back which he did giving me a line of bull about the jack I needed replaced. It ended up I will drive a 100 miles to avoid coming to you business. I got the feeling that your parts guy is alot of your parts problem. I think your part guy does not think the covid virus is real by a action he did.
