Mastercraft's RV Center

I phoned about a camper for my grandson. I asked from the beginning what their hours were because my grandson was working 6 days a week and would not be able to show up until around 6 or 6:30. The salesman told me he would stay after to wait for him to pick it up and the service department would be able to stay after to put on the sway bar. After I signed the paperwork and sent my deposit in I was then told they couldn't stay late. That was not the deal that was agreed upon from the very beginning. They offered to leave the camper in the parking lot and he could go pick it up. I asked if anyone would be there to run him thru the camper showing how everything works. I was told no. I cancelled the deal. In response to your reply: Your salesman knew and agreed to meet him because he is working 1 hour from you in Kentucky. He told me it would only take the serviceman a few...

Folks were very nice. We looked at numerous campers at our own pace. No pressure salesman. They have good quality product and prices. Still deciding. Worth the drive.

I am very pleased with the service I received. The Staff is friendly and courteous . I will recommend them any time I can. Very happy happy!!

Mastercraft is a great place to purchase and service your RV/travel trailer. I purchased mine from here and have it checked out and serviced every year. Recently there was an accident involving tree limbs and I took it in because I found a leak. Once they found the problem, they suggested I call my insurance company to see if they would cover the repairs. I never thought about calling insurance. This call saved me several thousand dollars and Mastercraft is replacing the entire roof. They keep me informed as to how the repairs are progressing. Staff are friendly and professional. I would not purchase or have service of my travel trailer anywhere else. Thank you Mastercraft for making this process so easy.

Im not sure I would say love...but they are always helpful and work very hard at aerving their customers. They staff are friendly and go the extra steps needed. They have patiently answered my questions and being a new RVer there have been lots of those. I appreciate them and their business.

They want to give below market price then sell you WAY above suggested selling price.
