We needed some service done on our RV. They were helpful knowledgeable and professional. Wonderful people and business. We will definitely return here for more service.

Very knowledgeable and very honest

I brought my RV in for two issues with an extended warranty and Mastercraft fixed my issues and got the work covered under the warranty. They got my RV in and out quickly and communicated with me throughout the process.

When I decide to purchase an RV, I was directed to MasterCraft in Hopkinsville KY. The reason... another dealer was supposed to be bad for business, etc
Now that I look back, I see I was very wrong in my choice.
FIRST, the Sales representative that sold me the RV, was not as forthcoming as he should have been. The Sunset Trail I bought had several bad flaws... that should have been fixed before putting it on the market PERIOD!

SECOND, The walk through your given, is a hurry up presentation, ( a final walkthrough ). It's suppose to be informative on all the ins and outs, the functioning of the RV. That is slim at best! Be ware!

I could go on and on, but it's redundant to.

Great sales staff and excellent service department!

Found a big problem on a unit upon pickup and they refused to let me take it until it was fixed. It was promptly fixed and tested! They offer you to fully test the unit when you pickup the unit.

After pickup, I took the unit back to have the hitch I bought with the RV to be adjusted. They took great care and had me out of there in no time. My truck/trailer now rides level and feels like a whole new truck!

When they open their new location I hope to upgrade to a fifth wheel with them!
