These guys were amazing, I was able to buy a brand new refrigerator for $700 LESS than big box stores. They wanted to deliver same day but I needed to get my space ready so the delivered in the next few days. The lady who took care of me, her name is Jaisa, she not only was very patient but she even offered me to help me register my product online, so I came back and she was with the same nice attitude. I will tell who ever needs appliances that they have to visit this place before going to buy in a big store, better prices, excellent customer service and good communication even after item was delivered.

I spent over $3000 in this store. I bought a washer and dryer set, and all new kitchen appliances. After I installed everything I realized the washing machine didn’t work properly, there was missing parts for the stove which only allowed me to use 1 burner, and the delivery men put the burner on backwards so I couldn’t turn the gas all the way off. I called the next morning and inquired about returning the merchandise but was told there was no refunds and a mechanic would come and look at the appliances. I never received a call or anything about the mechanic coming to my house or any updates that day. Now, I’m going on 3 days with no stove, and potential
gas leak. I went by the store today to discuss this issue with an sales associate (sorry don’t know your name) was very helpful in resolving the problems and sending a maintenance man to fix the problems. Later, that afternoon...

As a first time buyer I trusted the appliances would work. We bought a dishwasher and had a plumber install. The plumber told me there was no drain hose inside so my husband had to go hunt one down bc Md Appliance offered no help. The motor needed to be clamped down because it shook and water is pouring out of it. Now I am out $318 which I will be disputing. I am so disappointed.

they tell you you have a warranty. After the purchase when you look the receipt the warranty is actually the manufacturer warranty not them. Refrigerator lasted 1 week

Purchase was great but the fridge doesnt work just the freezer. Called about the "warranty" and they told me go through the manufacturer a week after I purchased the item.
I would not buy here go to the big name stores for appliances

Poor service after the sale.

Horrible customer service...6 month warranty is a joke...won't return phone calls once you have purchased the item...repairman is just her husband who isn't trained to repair appliances, although he is a nice guy...I will NEVER send anyone here...better to go to Lowe's or Home Depot

The customer service was exceptional, all of my concerns were answered with understanding. I will reccomend this business to friends and family.

Unprofessional, been lied to since I purchased the item. lied about the item being cleaned before delivered, it shows up dirty. Lied about me being the first delivery and waited around for hours! beyond time frame. Lied about the timeframes the tech would come to fix my item. No respect for customers time. WE HAVE JOBS, as a business if you cant be honest about these simple things I look at the whole operation as bad business. it's the main lady idk if anyone else works there. she tells you anything to get you off the phone.
