Bought a new fridge. Had issues no fault of the stores and they sent a technician right away. They are very responsive and keep their word. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you all - Ben

Very unresponsive.

My washer had an issue when I purchased it, however due to covid I couldn’t get service for many months. When I finally got service it wasn’t fixed, so the repair man came out once again, still wasn’t fixed. They then wouldn’t return my calls for a month, I finally drove to the store and was told they didn’t return my calls because at this point it was out of warranty. The issue was ongoing from purchase, but they refuse to fix it now.

The oven was non functional when it arrived, and though it took a little more effort than ideal, the company did resolve the issues with the appliance I purchased. Thankfully they came prepared to address the problems, and the matter is now resolved

Saturday January 9th I had a dryer delivered that my landlord purchased from here. When delivered it was loud as anything like I mean something seriously wrong which I have videos of. I was told someone will have to come make repairs and they will come Monday January 11th. I call around 3 PM for them to tell me sorry they forgot someone will come tomorrow. The next day January 12th they come and make some type of repair but at this point it is still loud when It starts up. Wednesday January 13th I go to do laundry and it sounds like a Mack truck crashing over & over again . I immediately try calling send text Ext to MD Appliance with no response. From Wednesday January 13th-Saturday January 16th I called 26 times to be exact with no answer nor return call. Finally Saturday January 16th I show up to the location to see why they aren’t answering. I am promised another dryer will be...

Great prices, quick and efficient delivery. Will return for future appliance needs. Thanks to everyone involved. Enjoying our new fridge and washer and dryer!

I bought a washer and dryer for over 700 dollars from this place even being used I would have expected it to last longer than 3 months, the washer stopped completely and the dryer takes forever to dry, when I called they said warranty was only 90 days .wow I was a few days late for getting it repaired, the woman in the office told me quote " well it was used " I will no better next time

I give a 3 because last month the business was good. But today I've been here waiting an hour for someone to return from lunch. Also can never get anyone to answer my calls when I call. Last week you guys were closed at 4:40. Don't know what's going on here guys.

They don't honor the warranty on their products.
I brought an range from them it started having issues within the year warranty. I notified them of the problem. Fist they said I installed it improperly with they did the installation. When they realized it was their fault they gave me the run around for about two weeks. Then they told me they ordered the part and it would be in that week its been over an month since I've been able to use my range.
