A storage location close to home allowing storage of my bumper pull travel trailer. The safety improvements (lighting and security cameras) are a plus. There were a few times this summer that the security gate was non-operational (either open or closed), but was repaired timely. I've often wondered about the number of vehicles that are parked at the sight (some appear to be abandoned). This appears to be an opportunity for additional storage of recreational vehicles.
