Great service. Needed a unit with very short notice, and I accidentally reserved (online) an interior unit when I needed an exterior. They were able to transfer me over to a new unit in less than 10 minutes with no additional paperwork. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area Marion or Herrin area.

Marion Self Storage personal have got to be the most professional, accommodating and caring people I have ever encountered in a business. They could not have been more helpful and concerned with my needs. Will definitely give them a 10 out of 10, a 5 star just doesn't cut it.
