My brother & I chose to rent a controlled storage unit due to our dad passing away & each of us live out of state. We weren’t ready to get rid of his household items & have family in Southern Illinois & want to visit family in the spring & go through the rest of dad’s stuff. There were a couple hiccups with getting access to the storage unit due to technical issues BUT was handled quickly, professionally & with the BEST one on one instructions that anyone could have asked for. We HIGHLY recommend Marion Storage! Thank you for your utmost professionalism.
