We went here during a motorcycle event on the river. I have eaten here several times before with no issues, but have never had worse service at any place in my life. We ordered or drinks, 20 minutes later we ordered our food. We had a group of 12, a hour later we still had not received our food and one of our group spoke to manager and he apologized saying they were busy. 30 minutes later two of our party told our server if they didn’t get their food now they had to leave. They left, 10 minutes later we got our food. Then one of our party was told they were out of wings (he ordered nearly two hours prior) would he like something else. Things happen, places get busy, however communicating with your patrons and being proactive would have made a terrible experience at least understandable.
