MARINA GRILL

This is a really nice place being enclosed in a wrapped around glass building on the water in downtown Wilmington NC. They have some good food and PO boys even though they didn't have lobster that day we still enjoyed it.

Lovely restaurant with partial view of the water. Seafood was good. Slightly oversalted grouper and under seasoned mahi mahi but both were grilled perfectly. She crab soup was good as was the appetizers.
Would return to explore the menu further.

Had a reservation for party of 10 and had a great experience. They had everything in the menu which is hard to find these days with the supply chain issues. Good service, great food, very nice setting.

Delicious ahi tuna salad. Sweet chili vinaigrette is awesome. Pleasant service and the location can't be beat. Little chilly today in Southeastern NC, so I missed taking pics of the Cape Fear River in the back yard.

We had a party of 6 and sat outside on the dimly lit patio overlooking the marina. Wonderful atmosphere although a bit dark after the sun went down. Overhead strung lights provided just the right amount of light as long as one didn't need to read. This is the second time I've had the shrimp and scallop risotto. It's not inexpensive at $28 and the portion is medium sized. Given the quality of the food and the atmosphere, I'd say it's a fairly priced dining experience. Additionally, the service was good and our waitress was attentive.For our party, the bill (with tip) was a bit over $200.
