My poolman Carlos was friendly and professional on the first day of service. I was expecting a filter cleaning and equipment service after speaking with the service manager on his initial site visit but that did not happen this time.

I found Make Waves Pool and Spa Service by my former pool man, whom I had for 20 years. He decided to retire and was the one who suggested using Make Waves Pool & Spa Service. I have always had excellent service since the first week they took over the account. Should a problem arise, they are promptly out to the pool to check it, discover the problem, and fix it. If a part is required, they tell me the approximate cost, order the part (s), and select the pool as soon as possible. They are also excellent with my dog and believe in the motto, "Customers come first."
