Make Waves Pool and Spa Service

Horrible services! I typically don't leave negative reviews, but this experience has been unacceptable.
Yesterday, I received an email from Zen Pool Professionals claiming that our pool is "sparkling clean," along with a blank picture of the pool. However, my tenant sent me a picture today showing that the pool is still dirty. Since I’m not at the house, it seems they assumed they could send an email with no evidence and get away with it.
Over the past year, they have never managed to clean the pool properly, even though we paid an additional $800 to have the pool water changed. On top of that, the pump continues to run excessively, leading to thousands of extra dollars in electricity costs. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.
