Make A Mac

I've been eager to try this place since I saw the signage go up! Tried it and OMG this is such a great idea of you want that quick comfort food to-go! Finally something in the area that can provide food for people with specific diet restrictions too. I got the white sauce with the buffalo chicken and some onions. Good flavor and perfect portion size! When I want something quick on a lunch break but don't want the same ol burger that you can get anywhere else, this is a new go-to! If it was closer to the office I work at, I know my whole staff would be hooked too! But for now it's definitely my weekend guilty pleasure.

Waste of money. My family and I were excited to have a "gourmet" mac n cheese place near us. You would think that a place specializing in mac n cheese would have their craft down.

We each ordered large bowls with 3 toppings and all were sub par. The noodles were hard and tough, the cheese wasn't enough and the chicken is Awful.

We also expected to dine in but found out it is drive-thru only.

I wish this place was better but it is what it is. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

So , this was not it.

They charged us for an extra bowl, and it literally ended up being $50.

The cheese is just nacho cheese, the shrimp is absolutely tiny salad shrimp, the mushrooms are canned mushrooms drained right before putting in the bowl. The noodles were undercooked and cold. It was honestly so dissapointing and gross. We had to sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes for 3 (not including the one they charged us for and didn't even give us) bowls and "fried Mac and cheese bites" that tasted awful. It had no flavor, and was the kind of food that someone's whose never boiled water. It was wild.

Sadly disappointed. We have waited for this place to open and finally had the opportunity to give it a try. Definitely a one and done experience. Very poor quality for a specialty place. I appreciate the variety on the menu and the various options for specific diet needs. However, canned mushrooms, soggy bacon (seemed precooked Oscar Meyer like), brown ham, and Velveeta tasting cheese. Just one more sign I need to stop eating take out and cook at home. I hope some minor improvements can be made for possible success, it's a great concept.

Really tasty food, fast service and really nice people! Tons of different options and seems like there’s something on their menu for everyone. They always try to keep their pasta fresh, and excellent cost-to-taste ratio.

If you’re every in the area I highly recommend checking these folks out! Much better than the other normal fast food options out there.

I was very excited to check this place out stalked ur website for months lol. I was very disappointed in several areas. I know the gentleman who works there said u make ur mac and cheese bites in the morning as sell them thru the day ugh that showed as they were soggy! I did try twice but wasn't better the second time. Hot dogs should be all beef not the cheap ones and cheese tastes like it's from a can. I spent $55 and thru everything in the trash! If all u do is mac and cheese it should be better. This is my opinion!

Wanted to try it,, but drive thru very inefficient,,, ain’t sittin in it for 30 minutes,,,where the hell were you boiling noodles?

I was intrigued by the build a mac bowl concept for this restaurant, and with Macaroni and Cheese being my favorite meal, I decided to check them out. So many good things to say about this restaurant.
First, the ordering experience. I ordered seven bowls for myself and my family, each one of us with a different combination. The order was out and ready to me in about 5 minutes, packaged neatly with items that could get soggy (breadcrumbs) in a small side container. The containers kept the food warm on the return drive which was over 20 minutes. If they hadn't, you can still microwave and even dish wash the to-go boxes that the restaurant offers.
Second, the flavor of the meal was incredible. I ordered a spicy cheese sauce with green chilis and tomatoes. The sauce was incredibly flavorful and the veggies were fresh and added great texture to the food. The garlic knots that...
