Mainstreet Cleaning & Restoration

We initially requested an estimate from Mainstreet Cleaning & Restoration to clean our travertine floors because our new neighbors gave us a tour of their home and we loved how their travertine floors looked. They told us that Mainstreet Cleaning & Restoration had done their floors and the price was very reasonable. Corey Pellerin, the owner, provided the quote and was here with his crew to do the job. My wife and I were amazed at how great our floors turned out. We actually want to walk barefooted on the floors because they're so clean. Were that not enough, we have three oriental rugs on the travertine in the living room, dining room and office. I was telling Corey that I was disappointed because I couldn't take advantage of promotion a Jacksonville based company was running in February. Corey said he'd give me the same deal. We had a couch and two side chairs cleaned by Denis Reyes. Denis was great from start to finish. He let us know when he was on his way for our appointment, arrived on schedule. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very neat throughout the cleaning process. The furniture looks great. We also had the grout cleaning demo done by Denis and from the results will be getting all of our grout cleaned and sealed by Mainstreet in the future.

Corey and Denis were incredible. Corey came to my home to do the initial assessment. He educated me on the best approach to get my tile cleaned and sealed. Denis came to do the job. He was prompt, polite, and did a great job. He went above and beyond with my heavy traffic area. Overall, I am very happy with my floor.

They clean velvet! Mainstreet was really great to work with and met my high expectations. Their communication leading up to the appointment is very good. Denis was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This was the only company I could find in the Central Florida area that could speak intelligently to me about their cleaning methods when it came to velvet. After speaking to Corey over the phone about it and seeing Denis work in person and reading their literature it's apparent that they really understand the appropriate way to clean various materials and textiles.
