My house is undeniably cleaner than when my two cleaners arrived. But my very simple instructions of "Deep clean one bathroom and kitchen" and general clean all else, with attention to floor boards. The bathroom that I wanted deep cleaned did not get it. When I closed the door there was a pile of dust, hair, toenail, etc, as though the pile got forgotten for final clean-up, except that there was still baby powder residue on the floor from an earlier spill, meaning there was no mopping or wet floor cleaning done, and arguably no sweeping; this same bathroom had black dots starting to grow on ceiling, and this was mentioned at every stage of setting up this appointment, and that didn't get done, the sink in both bathroom are now stopped up, I have no idea what was poured down them.
