I use housekeeping services often. This was the first time,I actually wasn't pleased. I asked the lady did she dust dressers in room she said yes but didn't. I also asked her how are you washing dishes without dishwater. She said it's ok. I got it. Shortly after she left I got a fork out of my dish rack and it had food in it, I use several companies for cleaning services and never experienced this. And I shouldn't have to help a maid clean. I'm sorry but I wasn't pleased!

Teresa did not wear a mask or comply to the COVID guidelines you guys provided in the email confirmation. In addition, she was very aggressive with our belongings. I heard the shower door banging very loudly. She wore outside shoes in the shower as well, which defeats the purpose of it being clean. Our kitchen sink was scratched from when she cleaned the oven racks in there. She also dropped a framed photo on the wall from rushing through cleaning. After she left I noticed there were still specks of dirt on the floor and tables. However, I think she did a fantastic job with certain parts of the apartment (fridge door looked great, bathroom sink was sparkling etc). She also listened to our instructions.
