The cleaners were nice. They did a great job I’m the bathrooms. Very through job. The kitchen was very nice as well.
I felt like they could have done a better job for some other things. For example, the wipes down my living room table which has some coasters and chocolates on it. Rather than lifting up the stuff to clean underneath, they wiped around it. Same goes for bedroom shelves.

Overall the cleaning was okay. The cleaner definitely paid attention to the places that we specifically highlighted, ie sinks and bathrooms. However, there were certain areas like corners of rooms, staircase, furniture that was still pretty dusty and didn’t look clean. For a 5.5 hour service I expected the place to be immaculate, not be able to notice right away that some spots (that I would have cleaned) just to be left untouched. Also the walkthrough guarantee is terrible. The reason we are hiring a cleaning service is because we can’t be home to do it ourselves. It’s ridiculous that the guarantee only applies if we are present.

Erika is AMAZING. We are never disappointed with her work and she goes above and beyond to make sure our house is spotless!!
