Kitchen Sink was not cleaned properly at all. Could not get rid of spots which I could clean in 5 minutes and showed her how to do. Obvious dirt and food particles in sink -not cleaned.
Outside refrigerator surface was not cleaned. Cleaned dining area floor after I pointed out. Seems like she does not have proper supplies. Used soap and water in most cases.
Stove, counters and bathrooms were cleaned properly. Attitude was good. Ready to listen the suggestions
Overall, need to learn more professional way how to clean and buy more cleaning supplies

I signed up for this service after a quick google search. The method to the madness seemed like a good idea at first. You pick your preferences and they find the cleaning service that is available for the job.

I chose 6 hours of cleaning for 1-2 cleaners at a flat rate of 240.

Mind you they make random adjustments on the back end which can significantly change your experience.

I paid for it and waited for the day of service. We were greeted with a 3 cleaners. Okay sounds great so far. We had 4 units to be cleaned and all vacant. All they had to do was sweep and wipe surfaces LIKE KITCHEN COUNTERS THATS IT. To tell you the truth. I dont think they wiped anything down. I had to flush a few toilets myself because im certain they used it and did not wipe it.
