**UPDATE 6/13/24**
After posting my initial review, the owner kindly contacted me and offered to reclean my new home. Since we had already moved in, we came to an agreement of 4 hours of service that I was able to use to have part of our home that we moved out of cleaned. Hannah did the cleaning and she was AMAZING. Both of our bathrooms are spotless. And coming from a family that has 3 boys and 5 animals, that says a lot. Thank you all for acknowledging the initial shortcomings and making things right. I will use this company again.

I’ll start with positives - all of the ladies that came out were very nice and polite.

I'm so glad I found Maids on a Mission. What drew me to this company were the outstanding reviews and it's veteran owned. As a retired Air Force Nurse I used veteran owned companies as much as possible.
I have been quite happy with Angelique. Prompt, professional and thorough. Unfortunately I need to change to another time so will get a new maid. I thank the scheduling person for accommodating my request promptly.
I had another service and was routinely disappointed when obvious flat services were missed and other issues. I left them and went back to doing the house myself until recent surgery. I'm recovered, but will still let you do my house. Thank you! Read more >

My experience was excellent from start to finish. I was assigned Vanessa who was personable as well professional. Vanessa’s cleaning service was top notch. My kitchen which is my favorite room looked brand new when finished; the floor and countertops were spic and span. Others surfaces such as the stovetop and inside the microwave looked amazing! I was really impressed! Vanessa’s work was exemplary and I understand that the same applies to most if not all of Maids on a Mission workers based on other reviews. And it was those reviews that led me to call. And I’m glad I did. Jason who was very informative set up my appointment . Speaking of informative, Vanessa did a write up to inform me about things she noticed and it was very helpful. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!
