Overall the cleaning was fine, but there was a weird incident with my claw-foot tub. During the cleaning I got a call from Maids in Brown, and the woman told me that the cleaners said there was something in the tub they couldn't get out, and that my place might require more than a standard cleaning and I'd have to pay more money. I had no idea what she was talking about, but after hanging up I went to the bathroom and asked the cleaners what the issue with the tub was, which looked fine. They showed me a photo of the tub covered in this red-brown dripping liquid, and said it appeared after they poured bleach in the tub. My tub is cast-iron, so that's why that happened. You're not supposed to use bleach on cast-iron tubs because it immediately causes it to rust and can stain. Anyway, I think the tub will probably be fine, it was just a little frustrating to get the call and deal with...

Hi Rachel! We are happy to hear the cleaning went ok. We apologize about the bath tub and the miss communication issues. This hasn't happened before and we didn't know it happened because of the bleach. We will keep an eye for cast Iron. Thank you for your feedback!
