Maids in Brown

Fantastic job have used them twice now and they never disappoint my home is spotless and I can’t thank them enough friendly faces to which always helps in today’s climate. Glenda and Fany are fantastic and i would highly recommend using this service.

We've been using Maids in Brown for about a year now and have been overall very happy with the service. A crew comes once a month and cleans our 750 sq ft row home in just under an hour. I appreciate the thorough and speedy job the team does! This most recent cleaning was done by Rosa and Angelivette and our place looked great and they are so kind. I like that their cleaning products don't leave an overpowering industrial smell too! 10/10 would recommend Maids in Brown.

Wonderful service, great price, and fantastic attention to detail! Always willing to work with me if a scheduling conflict arises and never disappoints when the job is completed. A bonus- the ladies are always super sweet. Would highly recommend.

We paid a lot for our house to be cleaned ($230) and they didn’t even wipe the toilets down! They mopped and vacuumed and that was it. Still had a lot of dust left over. Wouldn’t book again - I guess the hunt for a good cleaner continues.

Overall the cleaning was fine, but there was a weird incident with my claw-foot tub. During the cleaning I got a call from Maids in Brown, and the woman told me that the cleaners said there was something in the tub they couldn't get out, and that my place might require more than a standard cleaning and I'd have to pay more money. I had no idea what she was talking about, but after hanging up I went to the bathroom and asked the cleaners what the issue with the tub was, which looked fine. They showed me a photo of the tub covered in this red-brown dripping liquid, and said it appeared after they poured bleach in the tub. My tub is cast-iron, so that's why that happened. You're not supposed to use bleach on cast-iron tubs because it immediately causes it to rust and can stain. Anyway, I think the tub will probably be fine, it was just a little frustrating to get the call and deal with...

Came on time and did a great job.They were quite thorough and worked quietly around the spouse who’s still working from home. House feels like new! Looking forward to next month when they come back. 5/5 stars

An update: The second time they came, we weren’t impressed and felt we could have done a better job ourselves. Ended up cancelling out service. Perhaps we’ll try again in the future.
