Maids in Brown

We've been using Maids in Brown for 4 years now, and I can't recommend them enough. From an administrative standpoint, they are responsive and accommodating. Whether we request to reschedule service or have general questions/comments, you can always expect response or resolution within 24 hours. From a service standpoint, they are top notch. They are pretty much always on time if not early, the staff is always friendly and professional, and they are unobtrusive will still doing an excellent job. My wife and I both primarily work from home, so this is very important to us. Lastly, their accountability is worth an additional star. One during a cleaning, their staff accidentally broke a bathroom sink faucet. They informed us before they left, I called the office, and they coordinated getting someone out quickly to perform repairs at their cost. Professionalism, service, responsiveness,...

I love Maids in Brown! They are always consistent, timely, and kind. I've been getting my 2 bed/2 bath condo cleaned by their team for about a year now, and every time they leave my husband comes home and says how nice the place looks. That is high praise coming from him! Additionally, I have a very messy cat and they do a wonderful job of picking up all her scattered toys and keep the litter box area spotless.

I've been using Maids in Brown for more than two years. They use a team of two for my two bedroom apartment and usually finish the job in an hour or so. The staff are very thorough and leave my place spotless. I've worked with Maria, Angie, Ada, Fanny and many others from MIB - everyone is friendly and there is great consistency in the quality of service.

Ada and Fanny were great! They were friendly, efficient, and did a fantastic job - my place had a lot of smudges and dog hair tumbleweeds before and now it looks perfect! So happy with the results!
