Maids in Brown

We've been using Maids in Brown for 4 years now, and I can't recommend them enough. From an administrative standpoint, they are responsive and accommodating. Whether we request to reschedule service or have general questions/comments, you can always expect response or resolution within 24 hours. From a service standpoint, they are top notch. They are pretty much always on time if not early, the staff is always friendly and professional, and they are unobtrusive will still doing an excellent job. My wife and I both primarily work from home, so this is very important to us. Lastly, their accountability is worth an additional star. One during a cleaning, their staff accidentally broke a bathroom sink faucet. I love Maids in Brown! They are always consistent, timely, and kind. I've been getting my 2 bed/2 bath condo cleaned by their team for about a year now, and every time they leave my husband comes home and says how nice the place looks. I've been using Maids in Brown for more than two years. They use a team of two for my two bedroom apartment and usually finish the job in an hour or so. The staff are very thorough and leave my place spotless.
