After having a wonderful experience with the cleaning crew, I asked to be put on a permanent schedule. 10:00 every second Wednesday every month. They missed my appointment - No word of delay – No communication – Nothing. I had the nerve to call at check whassup at 11:15. Over one hour late. I got every excuse and put down saying something about not being a priority schedule. After listening to every excuse why the schedule didn’t really matter and wasn’t really a real schedule, I dared question being spoken to in such a harsh manner. Upshot: I was fired as a customer because the crew was late and because no one saw fit to call me or re-schedule with me because of whatever their delay might be. Their maids are great.
