Maid O' Matic

Not only did they show up an hour late, they didn’t even apologize. They blamed it on bad scheduling and that they couldn’t find my apartment, even when I gave them directions 3 times. They took forever to get situated and take my credit card for payment. I was late to work and late to getting my dog to the groomer. I had been told they would arrive between 8-8:30 and they didn’t come until 9. Only giving 2 stars for I going on blind faith that the cleaning was done well since I haven’t had a chance to see it myself. For $133, I would have expected better service. They called the night before my cleaning trying to change the date and time of my appointment because THEY messed up the appointment. I have guests coming into town tomorrow so I had no other day or time to move it to. They were also completely unaware of what I needed done, when I already explained what I needed clean when...

The group was quick, efficient, and fair. I will definitely use them again. The office staff is professional and really work around your schedule.

Metal-matic that's a very interesting made company name I don't actually use them or have been there yet but I drive by there all the time and they have very nice Vehicles very friendly staff excellent people that I'm sure do a good quality work because Albuquerque's full people that do fantastic house cleaning and Maid Matick is got to be one of them cuz they're named school so go to maidomatic!

Maid o matic cleaning service does fantastic work! We recently used this company for our home prior to putting it on the market. Called to set up a move out cleaning. I had a few questions, Victoria answers the call and asks "Are you calling to get on the schedule"? I ask if they include wall cleaning in the services and she retorts "OK SIR what I am asking you is do you want to be put on the schedule" Very rude tone. If you cant even answer a quick easy question about your service then uh no thanks. Cant believe how rude this lady was.. Skipping them and continuing my search! ( In response to the owners reply .. I checked my notes and I will NOT .. Thats firmly WILL NOT remove this review. I stand by my review and swear that this was my experience when calling this company. "No info on my profile" This means I do not exist.. ?? LOL get real! )
