I used this service for the first time. The cleaners were professional, thorough with my needs, super friendly, and overall did an excellent job.
My reason for the 4 star, and not 5, is because I originally purchased a 5 hour cleaning. When the 4 cleaners arrived, they started increasing the time because they knew they wouldn't finish. In my head they were going to be staying until 9p.m lol... Well, they ended their service at 2 hours and 45 minutes. I wasn't disappointed but felt they were rushed the last 45 minutes.
Where my issue is I assumed 5 hours, meant 5 hours and I still don't understand how my original 5 hour cleaning of $199 plus tax, resulted in a 9 hour (2 hour and 45 minutes in real time) $428 bill. If somehow it's broken down by how many cleaners show up to do the job, then that should be explained at the onset of making an appointment. I don't mind paying...
