My first review of this company was not very positive. Today I deleted my first review and wanted to praise this company. I recieved a phone call from the companies owner. She was very very nice, and apologetic, and she set up to send a team out to redo my floors and they even cleaned my cabinets! A very nice Supervisor also came out to make sure I was happy with the results!That is great customer service. It was much appreciated. They did a great job! I always believe in second chances. This company will work with you if at all possible to do things to your liking. I went from being a unhappy customer to a customer who will bring them back monthly to clean my house. Thank you MaidOMatic!
