A team comes to my house and works for an hour. Everything is cleaned and vacuumed. I love having them come in and clean leaving me the rest of the day to do what I want.

For $55 an hour per person, I thought the work would be better with professional tools and scrubbing not towels and sprays.. for basic cleaning, I would’ve gotten anyone for 20$ an hour or less! I will probably re-do most of the work myself or get someone else
Reply: As I said I chose you over any other because I thought you were professional and worth the price. I did not see any of those machines u talked abt at my home! Kitchen cabinets had to be re-done they were still dusty and toilets discusting dust was moved around from one place to another! Fridge was dirty on the outside. Also clearly u have miscommunication problems because first they told they will confirm my appointment and call back and never did.. then they told me the manager would call and never did!
