Maid to order

I was looking for a house-keeping service in the Saint Pete area and I have now (thankfully) narrowed my search reading these reviews. Based on the OWNER's response to the negative review below, I will most certainly NOT be using this company. As an employee in the Customer Service Field, the most important aspect of any successful business is their attitude and overall mission towards new and existing clientele. The reviewer below is correct--the customer is ALWAYS right. Any company that chooses to ignore this will never receive my business. Not to mention how the OWNER of the company acted completely inappropriately in responding to this review. I am in awe at her unprofessional and frankly RUDE attitude toward an unhappy client. I was very disappointed with Maid to Order. After reading the reviews and seeing the 5 star ratings I was sure that the cleaning would be impeccable, not to mention the $140.00 I paid for the service. Unfortunately, the cleaning was sub par and the maids did not dust in certain areas, the beds were not cleaned underneath, the rug was not moved for sweeping and mopping, and the couch was also not moved nor cleaned or cleaned under. Cindy who is the go between offered the maids come out again to re-do the floors and they did however it was still not done well. I would recommend that if you are spending as much as I did that you go somewhere else. .

Just signed up w/ this service and they did a terrific job! I will be using them every other week for regular house cleaning and they can also do specialized cleaning -- they'll be doing my very dirty windows next week!

I am always nervous about finding a new cleaning service for my home in Tampa. I called Maid to Order when my home was empty to have it cleaned.
It is a large home with tons of tiles, baseboards, window and ceiling trim throughout, and 30 reachable windows that pop and open flat.They did an absolutely superb job making the house look brand new. The windows were cleaned inside and out, and everything was spotless. I am so thrilled to have found them! They are also incredibly honest and kind. I would absolutely recommend.

Joanne and her staff do such a wonderful job taking care of my condo and my guests.

Joanne and her staff are so responsive with me and my guests and renters. I very much appreciate when my guests call me and tell me that the place is so clean and wonderful. They immediately tell me upon arrival that the place is so wonderful and CLEAN and also say so in their reviews.

It is such a comfort to have Joanne and Maid to Order FL taking care of things for me, especially since I am so far away.

This may seem like a strange post but I just had a great call with your company. I needed some window cleaning. Based on my timing and uncertainty around whether your company could get to all of my windows, you went out and found someone who could help me and I didn't have to lift one finger to get it arranged. Now that is customer service that all companies can learn from!

Excellent service overall! The 2 ladies did a fabulous job cleaning top to bottom. Joanne, the owner, was extremely professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them and use them again! Thank you!
