Maid For You

I don’t like writing negative reviews, but unfortunately the required “deep clean” we got was over $1000, and it was not a deep clean. Food was left stuck to the floor, dust bunnies remained on the furniture, and gunk remained in the sink. Yes, they did offer to come back, but they blamed the poor floor cleaning on our previously used floor cleaner, and having them come back was not convenient for our schedules (we have an anxious dog that needs someone with him when strangers are present). I get the concept of cleaning things we wouldn’t normally clean for a deep clean, but a clean ceiling fan isn’t worth much to me if the floor and furniture are still dirty and dusty. The price was far too high, and the contract language was confusing (penalty for not booking recurring services, but that’s apparently not actually true??). We have used Made For You for a few years now and have been quite happy with their service. It’s so nice to come home to a clean house! We like the products they use and the staff is always wonderful. I do wish we had the same cleaner each time, but I know that’s not always possible. We had an initial deep cleaning of our home a few weeks ago, and then today was our first biweekly cleaning. My husband and I are very happy that we were able to work cleanings from Maid For You into our budget! Alyssa was the technician who helped us today, and did a wonderful job!

Although they all do a great job, I'm leaving this review for Angela, who is our favorite!! She is so thorough and pays attention to detail. I never feel like I have to go back through and fix things. When she leaves the house, it's perfect the way it is. :)
