They always have a spot when I want a cleaning. The scheduling is easy. I would say the quality is okay. I say that having never ever had a cleaner who was fantastic. The major stuff gets done well but little things (like my couch had a bit of dirt on it cleaners didn’t notice or vacuum it up). I feel very uncomfortable getting asked for a tip because I don’t know if the job was good enough to warrant it until much later and honestly, I would rather you paid enough than have people rely on tipping to make ends enough.
