Maid Brigade of Sarasota-Manatee

I reached out to Maid Brigade somewhat late on a Saturday night via email and had received a call within 15-30 mins to schedule an initial clean. The owner was very friendly and communicative. The initial clean great— our floors were spotless of all dog hair, countertops and bathrooms were spotless so we decided to move forward with scheduling regular biweekly cleans.

The staff was friendly and always on time and if there were any schedule changes, we did receive a call beforehand to approve it. We received probably 4-5 services from them and they were all great, minus the last two.

The first incident, my fiancé and I had come home and noticed that there was still some dried drool from our hound dog (who we take to daycare on cleaning days so we know he hadn’t made a mess while the cleaners were there). We both didn’t notice it until late when we were getting... Read more >

My husband and I finally said mercy and decided we could use some help around the house. Ron made it super easy to set up our first deep clean and was able to make it happen the next day. After speaking he sent everything over I needed so I can know what to expect. It is very user friendly and easy to read through. Next day Yessica and Maria arrived and within minutes my home was already feeling renewed. The way they placed things like towels, my son’s toys, blankets, books etc.. it was lovely and so helpful. My favorite part, besides their kindness, might be the cute little bows on my toilet paper. Hah, it’s the little things sometimes.
