The two women who cleaned my apartment did a great job.
However, there was a problem. Every single time I make an appointment with your service, I make it clear that my co-op has a rule that the cleaning service cannot enter the apartment complex before 9 AM. And, it seems that every single time, they arrive too early. This time they arrived at 8:30 AM.
I don’t understand why this simple request gets ignored almost every time. I don’t know whether there is a miscommunication between the person I make the appointment with and the cleaning crew or if your company just doesn’t care about my request.
If a customer tells you that your cleaning crew cannot enter the apartment complex before 9 AM, then that is a request you must honor.
