Maid Brigade of Charlotte

Flexible scheduling, EXCELLENT results... I couldn't be happier with Maid Bridgade! I work hard and their services give me back my weekends!

Love my Maid Brigade. I've been using them for about 6 years. Warm caring ladies bring their team of 2 or 3 every other week, clean my house beautifully, and are finished in about 2 hours. If I call the day before and add specific jobs, they have always been able to get it done. Example: Dinner party planned and refrigerator needed cleaning. Baseboards added. Screened in porch added on.

The linens in one of the bedrooms were not changed and the toilet in one of the bathrooms was left running.

Generally they do good work. Sometimes it is hard to communicate with the cleaning crew as there is a language barrier. If any improvements were made, dusting could be more thorough. The best part is that I do not not have to clean.

Company was friendly and well organized at the first of my experience. Then I noticed places left unclean. Sometimes sent 3 women, last time sent two women. I have over 3,000 square feet living space, and we are not un-clean people. They were here approximately 1 1/2 hours if that. Noticed one of the bathrooms was not properly cleaned, nor floors moped. No dusting was done, shower stall properly cleaned, and baseboards dusted as well. Two of the bedrooms has not been dusted at all. The cleaning service they claimed to provide was not there. I was paying for full service, but that is not what I got. Also some things were missing. I called the office, and informed them not to come back. I had went over these concerns when I spoke with Matthew, and he said he would send them back out. No thank you.

Everything is perfect! So thankful to have you guys help make my life less stressful with one less thing to do! So worth it!!!
