Terrible. They purposely go slow so that they don’t have time to finish so they can get you to pay more money. All I needed done was my upstairs bathroom, the upstairs hallway vacuumed, the stairs vacuumed, my half bath downstairs touched up, my floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting, cleaning of baseboards and my kitchen cleaned. The kitchen never got done at all- things left undusted- baseboards not touched. All because they spent an entire hour in the half bath that was just cleaned 3 days ago. Then they think they are going to charge me $160 when I have to finish all this stuff myself. Also- they attempted to exceed the 2 hours I was paying for without my permission. They state in writing that they will ask permission of the cleaning goes over the allotted amount of time. They did not. If my mom hadn’t caught them and stopped them, I would have been charged even more. Then- they call...

I used Maid Brigade for several years while I lived in Charlotte and had a wonderful experience with them. These ladies always did a wonderful job cleaning when they came and communication with the supervisors and office staff worked very well via email. This service is great. The back office makes sure to give me a one hour window of arrival for my cleaners and they are always within that time frame. The "maids" are pleasant and very conscientious, they are always willing to go the extra mile to please their customers.

Mr.Marc Titlebaum & Maid Brigade are the most amazing Residential Cleaning Service Company I have ever dealt with.
