While they did great on a majority of things they missed the floors. They did a quick once over and the floors were still dirty. ⁸They offered a discount for a second visit or to send them back to redo the floors: why would i use their service again or have them.in my house at all if they could not do it right the first time? Especially after a bad review....not comfortable with that.

So nothing to offer. No recompense for the value of the floors. No offer to refund a portion of the floors. I paid over 200 for incomplete work.

I have used many different people for house cleaning. Typically I have liked to use an individual rather than a service. However, when my last cleaner caused $500 in damage to my shower tile, I went in search of a new option. A friend recommend Maid Brigade. I have been very pleased. They come when they say they will and are fast and thorough. The two women who clean for us are very nice and conscientious. I would definitely recommend the service.

My wife and I have been Maid Brigade customers for over a year. The crew is always on time and they do a wonderful job in our apartment.
