Absolutely wonderful. This is the first time we used a cleaning service. Honestly was a bit anxious about it. The thought of it makes me feel uncomfortable. But with working in healthcare full time during this pandemic I am tired. They were wonderful. I finished up some work when I got home and they did an absolutely amazing job cleaning. The reduced stress from not having to think about what I should clean this weekend is so great. Looking around, they got little areas I wouldn’t have thought of. Our microwave was a disaster and is clean. They cleaned my toaster oven. Everything looks so great. Thank you so much. We look forward to having you guys come back again if you’ll have us.

The women do a decent cleaning job. However, the owner is unprofessional and discourteous. I had used them for 10 years. They had to reschedule my Xmas day cleaning. They asked if they could clean on Xmas Eve. I agreed as long as it could be morning since we are having guests come in the afternoon. They told me that would not be a problem. I got notification the day before saying that they would arrive between 12-2. I called and they checked. The owner called me back and said nothing could be done. NO APOLOGY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I asked them to cancel that cleaning and all future cleanings. He said okay and hung up. Very poor business given that I had been a good customer for 10 years and the mistake was on their end. Anyway, cleaning services are abundant in the area and it was no problem finding another.

I began using Maid Brigade of Charlotte over 5 years ago when I moved. I hired them to perform a move out cleaning for my prior residence. I was so impressed I hired them to also clean my new place right away. I knew then I could never keep my house as spotless as they would. Their attention to detail is so impressive. I've used them for standard/routine cleaning ever since. My customer service rep, Matt, is extremely personable and accommodating to whatever my changing needs might be related to scheduling and/or cleaning requests. He never fails to ask how I'm doing and/or how my pets are doing. The maids are very friendly, trustworthy and are very attentive and sweet to my pets as well. They're conscious of opening/closing doors, etc. They are mindful of the pet hair on my sofas, chairs and other services and pay special attention to those areas (per my request). I just love the...
