Maid Affordable

I had a standard clean one week and a move out clean the following week. The price was very affordable and they left my home very clean. My move out inspection was quick and painless because of the hard work put in by maid affordable.
The day I was scheduled for my regular clean, the cleaner was delayed on another appointment so they sent 2 cleaners to get everything done quickly and efficiently. They let me know ahead of time that they were delayed and both cleaners did a fantastic job.
For my move out clean, right at the end my building turned off the water and she was unable to fully finish the kitchen. She did the best she could with the supplies she had, let me know about it (I was moving a few more boxes to the new house), and offered to come back and finish if the Apartment management had any issues with how clean, or not, things were. I let management know about...

I was initially disappointed with the quality and expectations not being met with a 4 hour deep clean by 2 people...however the company called Back to ensure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond what I expected to make it right...I will give them another try, but at least they are dedicated to customer satisfaction...I just need to make sure I provide more guidance as to all my pet peeves...

I have hired Maid Affordable a handful of times over the past few years. They are always there to help me out when my schedule gets a little too busy to keep up with everything. They are so reliable, and everyone that I've met has been so pleasant. I will continue to hire them, since they do such a great job for me! I usually get the BKF package, and that does the job. Hire them now, you won't be disappointed!

I first had them complete a Dream Clean and was so impressed with the quality and value that I hired them for a monthly service. I just completed my 3rd cleaning and am still very happy. I went home yesterday mid-clean and the lady was working hard when I walked in and was very professional while I was there. The rates beat several other estimates I got and I am more pleased with the thoroughness than any other company I've tried. I have 2 large, shedding dogs and my house is still TRULY clean when they get done. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the bi-weekly cleaning of my home. Emily is always thorough, punctual and cheerful. I believe Maid Affordable's pricing is very reasonable. I am a former housekeeper, so I am probably more particular than some other customers. Emily has exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a job well done.
