They generally did an ok job but they missed several areas - especially around the stairs and in the bathrooms. They also broke a window - I am not even sure why they opened the window in the first place. They said they could not find the toilet brushes but there were 2 and they were exactly where I said they were. The service was expensive and, given the cost, I had higher expectations.
