Maid 2 Clean

We were sent an email saying we declined service which isn’t true after we gave them all of our info. We opted in for the ultimate clean at around $300, and gave them a day and time. The lady on the phone put our appointment in and they never got back to us to confirm. Then we get an email saying we declined service? Very unprofessional. I use cleaning services all the time for real estate and never will be using this service or recommending them to anyone. What a shame.

Gretchen cleaned our condo today. She is pleasant, efficient, and did a great job.

They are very responsive and workers are amazing

The service was professional and well done. However, the price tag is too much for the service provided. My service (dust, vacuum and mop) for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, townhouse cost $130 + tip. The same level of quality/service could be achieved by purchasing basic supplies and applying 2 hours of work. Bottom line, the service does not justify the cost.

Working with Scott to set up my services and work out a last minute clean was a real pleasure. I had Gretchen one to my home to clean while I was not there and she was very professional, detailed and helpful in understanding what she was doing and how she can accommodate my immediate needs for cleaning . She went above and beyond by checking in with me and even did a walk through which me via FaceTime! It was very helpful and at the end of the day did a good job.

I had guests coming and needed a quick clean at my home. I couldn't get anyone to call me back until I found M2C. Their online tool was great for assessing what I needed and they provided me with an instant quote & no hidden fees, so I knew what to expect. When Deidra arrived she made quick work of things and made the house shine. Scott was there every step of way checking to see if everything was as I expected. Maid 2 Clean saved the day and I would certainly recommend their services for any cleaning need.

Gretchen, Jadira and Orlando did a wonderful job cleaning my house. They were all very friendly and thorough. I definitely want them back next month!
