Upon inquiring, Ricardo, (the manager) took time to explain the service options & was able to give me an estimate over the phone. Right after, I got a text confirming my appt & a menu of all of their services. I really liked being able to see prices & descriptions of their other cleaning services, such as window washing, deep cleans, etc. Everything is VERY transparent. I spoke with Scott, the owner, to follow up with a few questions. He is very professional yet easy to converse with & honest in saying no one is perfect, but if there is ever an issue, they work for a solution to make it right. This was reassuring.

The day of the appt, I got an automated text saying the cleaners were on their way. And when the cleaning was completed, I got another text. Communication has been OUTSTANDING. So glad Maid 2 Clean uses modern day technology to keep the homeowner...
