Maid2Clean cleaned an Airbnb I managed in the Poconos. They were alway very responsive and worked with me to set up automatic cleaning using the airbnb calendar. With previous companies I would have to email every time I got a new reservation, but Maid2Clean made it easy and saved so much time by calendar sharing. Sometimes there was only a few hour window between guests, but that was never a problem for them. They always notified me when they were on their way to the rental property and when the cleaning was complete. This gave me so much peace of mind since I do not live locally. On several occasions I was at the property and it was always very clean and tidy. Also, many airbnb guests commented that the house was very clean. My experience with this company, from quote to finish, was absolutely fantastic. For a very reasonable price, the customer service and process was executed flawlessly and with complete satisfaction. The cleaning itself was superior to anything I could have expected. The employees were kind, focused and extremely professional, thorough and kind. I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Overall fine, but you have to be very careful with the directions you provide them. I asked that they clean the fridge. What I found when I returned was a clean fridge, but COMPLETELY empty! They through out about $100 worth of frozen foods from the freezer (didn't ask for the freezer to be cleaned just the fridge). Not happy at all.
